Overview
The Senior Specialist, Sales/Revenue Enablement plays a pivotal role in accelerating Prosci’s growth by designing and executing enablement programs that empower our sales team to perform at their best. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role optimizes our sales processes by equipping the team with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue and deliver exceptional results.

Travel Requirements: Minimal, targeting 1-2 times per year for global/team meetings.
Work Location: This is a remote role and we are open to US or Canada.
Compensation: $88,000 – $110,000 CAD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
