Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Marketing 

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Membership across the globe. 
  • Develop and execute to a global marketing plan that aligns to the business strategy. 
  • Lead product launches from concept to post-launch optimization. 
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance and reflect the customer experience.  

Creative Campaign Development 

  • Working with the Marketing team to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and retention through our internal marketing team. 
  • Lead creative content strategies across email, social media, web, and paid channels. 
  • Create compelling case studies, testimonials, and success stories. 
  • Build engaging product demos, webinars, and educational content. 

Data-Driven Growth 

  • Analyze membership funnels and identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Track and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, churn rates, and conversion metrics. 
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging, pricing, and campaign elements. 
  • Use customer insights and market research to inform product and marketing decisions. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Product Partnership: Work closely with Product teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights, participate in sprint planning, and ensure marketing alignment with product releases. 
  • Customer Success Integration: Collaborate with Customer Success to develop retention campaigns, gather customer feedback for product marketing, and create advocacy programs that turn satisfied customers into brand ambassadors. 
  • Partner with sales teams to develop enablement materials to support complimentary offering of Membership. 
  • Work closely with the full marketing team to deliver effective integrated campaigns.
  • Present marketing performance and insights to leadership team.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Natural storyteller who can translate complex product features into compelling benefits
  • Experience with creative campaign development and content strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Comfortable with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience, specifically with membership models and/or Saas products
  • Experience working with in-house designers and content developers to drive flawless execution in both design and copy communication. Work to tie customer facing communication together across multiple touchpoints with one cohesive strategy.
  • Campaign development leader with the ability to pull insights from customer data and build an effective campaign with multiple communication touchpoints.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign execution
  • Experience with subscription metrics, cohort analysis and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models

Additional Preferences

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, OTHERs, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies 
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or consumer membership businesses 
  • Background in customer research and user experience principles 
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy and monetization models

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: This role requires travel up to 2 times per year for team meetings and company events.

Work Location: This is a remote role. We are open to either US or Canada.

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
