We’re looking for SDR Sales Coach to join Procore’s Sales Development department. In this role, you’ll serve as a performance catalyst for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The primary goal of this role is essential to "flattening the bell curve" - elevating average performance while accelerating the development of our emerging sales talent.
As an SDR Sales Coach, you’ll partner with Sales Development leadership and the SDR team to implement our proven Diagnostic Motion coaching methodology to drive measurable improvements in discovery quality, conversion rates, and overall SDR effectiveness. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Development and will be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Base Pay Range $30/Hr - $41/Hr. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $88,560 - $121,770. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
