Procore is looking for a Sr Director of Product, Owners to lead our strategy, execution, and success in one of our most important customer segments. As part of our shift toward market-centric product development, this role will serve as the accountable product leader for the Owner market—responsible not just for roadmap delivery, but for driving customer relevance, adoption, and business outcomes.
This is a high-leverage leadership position at the heart of Procore’s next chapter. You’ll have the opportunity to build and scale a cross-functional product team focused exclusively on Owner customers—one of our highest-potential growth opportunities. You’ll partner deeply with engineering, UX, GTM, and platform teams to deliver tailored solutions that solve real problems and unlock real value. You’ll also help shape the overall investment profile of Procore’s Product & Technology organization.
This position will report to our SVP of Product Management, and has the opportunity to work out of our Austin, TX office in downtown Austin. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you’ll do:
Own the Owner market. Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution across all products and capabilities needed to serve Owner customers—directing not only what we build, but why we build it and how we deliver it.
Be accountable for outcomes. Take ownership of key metrics such as adoption, retention, expansion, and win rate. Partner with GTM leaders on shared OKRs and ensure tight alignment between product and revenue.
Build a high-performing team. Lead and scale a team of product managers, designers, and embedded specialists focused on the Owner segment. Ensure the team has the mandate, resources, and clarity to drive results.
Define what “great” looks like. Maintain a clear, compelling definition of excellence for the Owner experience, rooted in customer insight and market differentiation.
Collaborate across the org. Work closely with platform and product-centric teams (e.g. Financials, Project Management, UX) to ensure Owner needs are embedded in shared investments.
Go deep with customers. Build trusted relationships with our largest Owners, validate product decisions through direct engagement, and serve as a visible advocate for their needs.
Influence company-wide strategy. Bring a market-first perspective to resource allocation, platform governance, and long-term planning—shaping not just your own roadmap, but how Procore prioritizes as a whole.
What we're looking for:
10+ years of product management or strategic leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a scaled, multi-product organization.
Proven ability to lead a customer segment end-to-end, including product vision, roadmap execution, and commercial outcomes.
Strong strategic instincts and operational rigor—able to set direction and drive execution at scale.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
Deep customer empathy and fluency in gathering insights from complex buyers and users.
Experience hiring, developing, and leading product managers and/or cross-functional teams.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity from complexity.
Passion for the construction industry and a desire to deeply understand the needs of Owners. AEC experience is a plus, but not required.
Base Pay Range $255,840 - $351,780. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
