The role: Rainbow is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst to join our amazing team! This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do - Key Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Product Analyst, you will:
Design market leading admitted and E&S insurance products for commercial P&C exposures.
Drive our product filing operations, including vendor oversight to support efficient and compliant product launches.
Analyze business performance in underwriting, claims, and throughout our digital product.
Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, product, and engineering to refine our offerings and business operations.
Expertly communicate analysis and proposals to stakeholders in a manner that drives collaboration.
Validate the completeness and accuracy of system changes and enhancements using thorough quality control testing.
Contribute to our rapid evolution by helping us design insurance and technology products that help scale our programs.
Key Requirements
4+ years of insurance product management experience, ideally within P&C commercial insurance
Entrepreneurial mindset that will enable you to be a key contributor to building and growing new programs
Superior organization, prioritization, and desk management skills
Detail oriented, with superb written and oral communication skills
Collaborative by Nature: You communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across teams.
