We are looking for a Technical Sourcer with a strong track record of recruiting top Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) talent for early-stage startups. This is not your typical sourcing role, we want someone deeply familiar with the startup ecosystem who thrives on finding the hardest-to-reach candidates and building pipelines of the very best profiles on the market.
This role is fully remote, but we’re looking for someone with the energy, curiosity, and grit to help us build from the ground up. If you love startups, know how to spot exceptional EPD talent, and have the sourcing chops to engage them, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies.
Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities.
Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people.
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach.
What We’re Looking For (Hard Requirements)
1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record recruiting for top early-stage startups.
Prior agency experience or direct startup experience sourcing/recruiting.
Deep knowledge of the startup landscape and ability to identify exceptional EPD talent.
Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.
Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment.
