Presence is seeking a General Manager for Commercial Growth Products to lead topline growth and manage product innovation in teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs.
Responsibilities: Drive growth for Presence's SaaS platform, enhance customer satisfaction and adoption, establish new revenue partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, experience in SaaS business scaling, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in relevant fields with specific knowledge in business development and SaaS models, an MBA is preferred.

Compensation: $165000 - $195000 / Annually

What will you do at Presence?
The General Manager, Commercial Growth Products will play a pivotal role in driving topline growth for Presence by managing high-potential existing businesses as well as incubating new products to meet the needs of our school, clinician and agency customers. This leader will also be responsible for monitoring the competitive landscape and working cross-functionally to incubate new product ideas for bringing to market. Finally, this individual will oversee the development and maintenance of key revenue-driving partnerships for Presence.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled cross-functional collaborator who is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and adept at influencing senior stakeholders. The GM will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Salary range is $165,000-195,000
