As a Product Manager for Container Solutions, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise container technologies, enabling secure, scalable, and compliant container infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, customer success, and DevOps teams to drive product adoption, manage transitions from legacy platforms, and deliver integrated solutions across container runtimes, registries, and orchestration engines. This role requires a strong technical background in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, combined with proven product management skills. You will influence product direction, translate customer insights into actionable features, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability and security. The position offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and shape the future of container management solutions.
· Own the product roadmap and strategy for container solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer requirements and market trends.
· Define and prioritize product features, including container security, registry management, orchestration, and compliance capabilities.
· Drive integration strategies between container solutions and broader platform initiatives to deliver seamless management experiences.
· Lead customer migration and transition initiatives from legacy container platforms to current enterprise solutions.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product releases.
· Support go-to-market activities including technical enablement, positioning, solution architecture guidance, and launch communications.
· Gather and analyze customer and market insights to inform roadmap decisions and improve product usability, performance, and security.
· Coordinate cross-functionally with support, customer success, and partner teams to ensure solutions meet real-world enterprise needs.
· 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on container technologies, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT platforms.
· Strong technical knowledge of Docker containers, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and container orchestration principles.
· Experience with container registries, image scanning, and enterprise security best practices.
· Proven track record managing product transitions, customer migrations, and version upgrades in enterprise environments.
· Familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, and IT operations workflows.
· Experience supporting sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and technical product positioning.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
· Preferred: hands-on experience with Mirantis products or similar container platforms, knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FIPS), GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
· Competitive compensation package with stock options.
· Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.
· Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid options.
· Professional development, training, and conference opportunities.
· Exposure to cutting-edge open-source innovation in container and cloud infrastructure.
· Collaborative, high-energy company culture that values growth, risk-taking, and continuous improvement.
· Customized workstation (macOS or Windows) and access to modern tools.
