As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, validation, and incubation of innovative new product offerings aimed at improving outcomes for professional service providers and their clients. You will shape the product vision, drive adoption, and ensure successful commercialization of new solutions. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on product management, collaborating across teams to define market opportunities, validate concepts, and build scalable solutions. You will leverage data-driven insights and customer feedback to prioritize initiatives and guide development from ideation through launch. Your work will have a direct impact on market growth, customer satisfaction, and the success of new product lines within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing a deep understanding of the market ecosystem, identifying strategic integrations, partnerships, and opportunities to drive growth.
• Acting as the internal subject matter expert for group practice needs, championing their perspective across the product organization.
• Conducting market research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product roadmaps.
• Leading the incubation of new business ideas, creating comprehensive strategy documents, and partnering with finance to develop business cases and multi-year forecasts.
• Defining build, buy, or partner frameworks to address product gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborating with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Applying a rigorous, data-driven approach to product validation, leveraging prototypes, pilot programs, and customer feedback.
• Driving alignment across teams to ensure scalable and impactful product solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of product development experience, with a proven track record of incubating and driving new product offerings from discovery to commercialization.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
• Deep understanding of market landscapes and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate value.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Passion for building remarkable products that delight customers.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven product environments is a plus.

• Base salary of $215,000 - $235,000 annually, with potential for bonuses or commissions.
