PowerSchool is seeking a Customer Success Manager to foster strong customer relationships and ensure successful adoption of its K-12 educational software solutions.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, maximizing product adoption, developing Success Plans, conducting regular business reviews, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Skills: Strong customer relationship management, strategic thinking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to deliver difficult messages; Salesforce experience is preferred.
Qualifications: 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; understanding of K-12 education systems preferred.
Location: Work from US with no travel requirements specified
Compensation: $58700 - $79400 / Annually

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $58,700 - $79,400 USD.
