Skills
- Experience executing high-volume and/or integrated digital advertising campaigns
- Strong client communication and relationship management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
- Familiarity with project management systems and process workflows
- Understanding of client KPIs and aligning products to those KPIs
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, editorial, AdOps)
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of business with both complex and fast-paced campaigns
- Simultaneously oversee multiple high-priority campaigns and ensure timely launches
- Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication
- Lead conversations with legal on terms and usage rights for campaigns
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, remove blockers, enforce scope, and track timelines
- Lead client communications and build strong client relationships and trust
- Ensure full delivery, optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs, and monitor revenue risk with AdOps
- Present performance narratives and proactively identify incremental opportunities and upsells
- Assist Revenue Accountants with billing actualization
