Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Account Coordinator to manage and support client service operations. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Coordinate service requests, project timelines, and internal resources.
Track service performance and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Prepare client reports, service updates, and meeting summaries.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account coordination, client services, or operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
