You will work closely with our instructor base to understand their needs, facilitate their optimal usage of the software, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and product feedback. The primary goal is to maximize customer retention and drive expansion by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional value. This role includes a regular amount of travel during the start of the fall and spring semesters. Ideal candidate is located in or around Houston/East Texas/Louisiana.

The salary range for this role is competitive and considers a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $80,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 30+ days of paid time off to start with additional time each year of employment, an employer 401(k) match of up to 3.5%, and a significant employer contribution to healthcare benefits.
