Key Accounts & Special Events Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Fireye. We are currently looking for a Key Accounts & Special Events Manager in Arizona, Connecticut, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and Virginia.

This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships across national accounts and special events. The Key Accounts & Special Events Manager will lead strategic initiatives, manage high-profile accounts, and coordinate specialized events to support business objectives. The position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and executing marketing campaigns while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a strong track record in sales, negotiation, and account management. Success in this role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with key clients.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve objectives for key national accounts and special events.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and strategic calls with clients to understand and document their evolving needs.
  • Identify internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities to inform business strategy.
  • Manage and execute opportunities within the Special Events segment using team resources.
  • Coordinate with executives and sales/marketing teams to analyze market trends and optimize performance.
  • Participate in internal sales calls and monthly meetings, reporting on partner-facing activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and events.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant industry experience (manufacturing, plumbing, electrical).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR checks.
  • Experience with commercial HVAC products and national account sales is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Marketing communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (~75%), including nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work remotely while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
