PowerSchool seeks a Staff Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and driving growth in K-12 educational solutions through strategic sales and account planning.
Responsibilities: Manage client accounts from end-to-end, build new relationships, sell strategic solutions, develop account plans, meet quotas, and collaborate cross-functionally while operating independently from a home office.
Skills: 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong executive presence, ability to manage complex sales cycles, and expertise with CRM tools; proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Qualifications: Proven track record of hitting $1.5M+ quota targets, experience engaging C-suite stakeholders, and ability to develop detailed account plans; EdTech experience is a plus.
Location: Remote work from home office within the United States, with no specified travel required.
Compensation: $85000 - $115000 / Annually

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
