Full Time Vice President, Sales

PDG Performance Development Group is an award-winning global firm that helps life sciences companies improve brand performance through advisory services and sales performance solutions. PDG is seeking a results-driven VP, Sales to lead new client acquisition and revenue generation across U.S. and international life sciences accounts, working remotely with travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Skills

  • Proven new business hunting and closing skills
  • Consultative selling and value-based proposal development
  • C-level engagement and executive communication
  • Account planning and territory management
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong commercial/business acumen and financial understanding

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute new client acquisition strategies and strategic account plans for life sciences targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior and C-level decision-makers
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and execution
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and client services to craft proposals and deliver compelling value-based presentations
  • Set and meet revenue and gross profit targets, tracking account metrics and sales performance
  • Determine pricing and commercial terms consistent with profitability guidelines
  • Serve as a trusted consultant on sales performance, field force effectiveness, and customer engagement
  • Represent PDG at industry conferences, client meetings, and internal company events

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Graduate degree (MBA or related) preferred
