Senior Account Executive - Emergency Operations, Southeast

Peregrine builds mission-driven software for public safety agencies and is partnering with customers to deliver data-driven decision making for emergency operations. The Senior Account Executive will own strategic accounts in Fire/EMS and Emergency Management across the Southeastern U.S., driving new business, negotiating and closing complex SaaS deals, and guiding customers through onboarding and adoption.

  • CRM usage and pipeline management (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication, listening, and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle for target Fire/EMS and Emergency Management accounts in the Southeast, from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Negotiate and close subscription agreements and commercial terms
  • Drive expansion and renewals to grow Peregrine’s footprint within strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, CS, implementation, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
  • Define and execute GTM best practices and territory strategy to hit and exceed quota
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap and positioning for emergency operations use cases

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Public Administration, or related) or equivalent experience
  • Relevant training or certifications in sales or public safety technology a plus
  • Experience working with or selling to government/public sector organizations preferred
