As Talent Lead, you’ll be both the architect and the operator of Percepta’s hiring engine. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll run searches yourself, close high-priority candidates, and also put in place the systems, processes, and bar-raising practices that will scale our team.
You’ll partner directly with the CEO and execs on hiring goals, headcount planning, and compensation strategy, while also rolling up your sleeves to ensure pipelines are full and candidates have an excellent experience. You’ll manage and coach early recruiters, define what “great” looks like in hiring at Percepta, and help embed that bar across the organization.

Run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, operations, and leadership roles.
Partner with leadership on hiring priorities, headcount planning, leveling, and compensation.
Coach and scale the team and help everyone at Percepta raise their hiring bar.
Own recruiting operations: track funnel health, forecast needs, and optimize hiring metrics
Evolve candidate experience: design interview processes, reimagine how we assess, and refine our story in the market.
Lay foundations for people systems: onboarding, contractor sourcing, and employer brand.
5–10 years in recruiting, talent strategy, or operations, ideally at a high-growth startup or top-tier hiring org.
Hands-on recruiting strength: ability to source, pitch, and close world-class technical and business talent.
Systems thinker who can design and rigorously measure hiring pipelines.
Excellent communicator with strong judgment and taste in how we tell our story and present our bar.
High ownership, low ego: excited to both lead strategy and personally run critical searches.
Bias for action: proven ability to move fast, find creative paths, and deliver results under pressure.
