Entry Level Recruiter - Cincinnati, OH

**This is a Part Time Role**
**Hours would be 8:00am-1:00pm**
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate compatibility.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
