The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Hadrian, you’ll play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. You’ll be the go-to partner for scheduling interviews and coordinating travel, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Most importantly, you’ll help create a thoughtful, welcoming, and seamless journey for every candidate who interacts with us. This is a role where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and people-first mindset will have a direct impact - not only on the efficiency of our hiring process, but also on how candidates experience Hadrian.
What You’ll Do
Schedule interviews and assist candidates with travel booking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Host candidates during their onsite visit to Hadrian, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Prioritize daily tasks while maintaining responsiveness with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and team members
Proactively identify process gaps and spearhead projects to improve the coordination function
Build trust with your internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable in the face of changing priorities
Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
High degree of discretion and integrity, especially when taking care of confidential information
Comfortable learning new technologies
