We’re on the hunt for a driven and dynamic International Customer Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ existing B2B clients. You’ll be at the forefront of client success, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, while making 40+ calls a day to ensure no opportunity is missed.
What You’ll Do
Own the Client Relationship: Become the trusted advisor for a diverse book of business. Understand their goals and challenges, and position our SaaS solutions as the answer.
Drive Renewals: Keep churn low and customer satisfaction high by proactively managing subscription renewals.
Upsell & Cross-sell Like a Pro: Identify and close opportunities to expand account value across product lines.
Be a Revenue Driver: Hit and exceed your revenue goals while ensuring customers grow with us.
Move Fast, Think Smart: Thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Your ideas and agility will help shape how we scale.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Track & Report: Use CRM tools like Oro (or similar) to track account health and maintain accurate records.
Your Skillset
2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience in the aviation/aerospace industry (SaaS experience a plus)
Full fluency in English and Portuguese or French (spoken and written)
Hunter mindset – you actively seek growth opportunities and thrive on targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Resilience – rejection doesn’t phase you, you bounce back stronger
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM platforms (Oro, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
