The Account Executive will be the strategic lead and primary liaison for Evolve’s most valuable client accounts, responsible for cultivating strong relationships, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and delivering high-impact work. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level client accounts and collaborating with both internal and external partners across creative, engineering, digital marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and proactive operator with the ability to manage complexity while driving growth and excellence in execution.
Client Partnership & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and industry context.
Champion client success by ensuring deliverables consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Strategic Oversight & Account Growth
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships.
Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, proposals, and presentations.
Support long-term planning and account forecasting in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Program & Project Delivery
Oversee the execution of multi-channel client initiatives in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
Proactively address risks, scope changes, or misalignments to maintain momentum and transparency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate efforts across external partners including:
Blink: retail, app, and client-facing programs
Visualis: website development, SEO, analytics
Echelonx: specialized consulting services
Lead client and internal meetings, ensuring alignment and visibility across all workstreams.
Reporting & Communications
Deliver executive-level reporting, performance summaries, and actionable insights.
Maintain clear documentation of key decisions, meeting outcomes, and follow-ups.
Track and report against key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client services, or program management, ideally in a digital, tech, or agency environment.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to align projects with client goals and broader business strategy.
Project Management: Expertise in managing complex programs, including familiarity with tools like Monday, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a strong executive presence.
Collaboration: Track record of leading cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and pivoting quickly when needed.
Financial Stewardship: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining alignment with financial targets.
