Sales Development Representative - Los Angeles

Panther Labs builds an AI SOC platform that helps security teams detect and respond to threats at scale. They seek a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting, work closely with sales and marketing, and help shape customer-driven product feedback.

Skills

  • 9+ months of sales or lead generation experience in a high-tech/SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and with prospects
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining persistence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with standard SaaS seller tech stack (CRM, Outreach/Salesloft, prospect research tools)
  • Strong time management, process orientation, and prioritization skills
  • Coachability and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with potential businesses and key decision-makers
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify potential product fit
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting high-potential businesses and verticals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to influence product roadmap and messaging
  • Manage and document progression of the sales pipeline in CRM
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Drive pre- and post-engagement at industry events and attend some events in person
  • Participate in occasional in-person co-working days

Education

  • No specific degree required; open to candidates with relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Relevant sales or marketing certifications are a plus
