RVP of Sales

Oasis Security is a market-leading provider of non-human identity management, delivering a platform that secures service, machine, and application identities across their lifecycle. We are seeking a dynamic Regional VP of Sales to drive revenue growth, establish and deepen enterprise customer relationships, and expand Oasis’s market presence across a designated U.S. region.

Skills

  • Enterprise sales and quota attainment
  • Sales strategy development and execution
  • Prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Contract negotiation and closing
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or identity/security solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and company objectives
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategy
  • Track, forecast, and report on sales metrics and performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
  • Represent Oasis at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or training in business, sales, or cybersecurity preferred
