Oversee glossary, style guide, and terminology management across all languages for consistency across product and marketing.
Lead linguistic QA and quality review processes, ensuring localized content meets high standards.
Build lean, scalable processes to support global growth while maintaining efficiency and impact.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Proven experience managing localization across marketing, product, and cross-functional surfaces in a global tech environment.
Strong knowledge of localization workflows, tools (TMS, CMS, connectors, APIs), and infrastructure.
Experience piloting AI/ML-assisted translation workflows with human-in-the-loop QA.
Demonstrated ability to partner with multiple functions (marketing, product, engineering, legal, customer education, trust) to deliver global launches.
Skilled in vendor and linguist management; experience sourcing for priority markets.
Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to balance multiple priorities.
Impact-driven and resourceful. Able to deliver high-quality outcomes with lean resources.
