Content Marketing and Program Manager

Splitero is an early-stage startup building innovative home equity products to help homeowners access their equity without traditional monthly payments. The Content Marketing and Program Manager will own content strategy and operations across blog, website, social, and emerging AI/LLM discoverability channels — producing compelling homeowner stories, driving SEO, and scaling content production to generate awareness and qualified leads.

Skills

  • Proven SEO expertise including keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across written, video, and social formats.
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, PostHog, or similar) for reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CMS platforms and content operations best practices.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and experience creating platform-native content.
  • Comfort using AI tools and implementing LLM discoverability best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute a content calendar for blog, website, and social channels.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and content-driven organic growth.
  • Produce and amplify homeowner testimonials, case studies, and short-form social content (including TikTok).
  • Build multi-channel content strategies aligned with AI/LLM discoverability trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to full-funnel content across awareness, consideration, and lifecycle conversion.
  • Operationalize and scale content production, distribution, and quality control processes.
  • Manage freelance creators and external partners to deliver consistent content at scale.
  • Report on content and program performance using GA4, PostHog, and other analytics tools.
  • Support affiliate and performance marketing initiatives to ensure integration with broader marketing programs.

Education

  • 3+ years of marketing, content marketing, or agency experience (required).
  • Formal degree not required but BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
