Services and Training Marketing Manager

SpecterOps is a cybersecurity company known for adversary tradecraft training and security services. They are hiring a Services and Training Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand, and brand credibility for their training portfolio and services, working cross-functionally with sales, services, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategy and create technically credible, commercially effective marketing.

Skills

  • 5–7 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, consulting, or technical training
  • Proven success marketing professional services, technical trainings, or high-consideration offerings
  • Strong writing and content development across email, web, social, and slideware
  • Experience with integrated campaign planning including events, email nurtures, and demand-gen tactics
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and sales teams and operating independently
  • Passion for cybersecurity and ability to translate practitioner insight into marketing
  • US work authorization (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Position and message SpecterOps’ training offerings in collaboration with business leads and subject-matter experts
  • Plan and execute campaigns, content, and promotions to increase awareness and demand for training
  • Develop service positioning, customer stories, case studies, and enablement materials for offensive and product-based services
  • Support go-to-market strategy for new services, including positioning, packaging, testing, and competitive benchmarking
  • Create audience-specific messaging, reports, presentations, blogs, videos, and student/customer success stories
  • Collaborate with Services, Sales, and Marketing to build integrated campaigns and enablement
  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate messaging, channels, and tactics for greater impact
  • Represent practitioner and buyer perspectives to ensure technical credibility and commercial resonance

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant training or cybersecurity certifications are a plus
