Sales Development Representative - West Coast (Remote)

OnBoard is a leading board management SaaS platform serving thousands of organizations globally. The company is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative based on the U.S. West Coast (Pacific Time) to build pipeline through outbound and inbound lead qualification, collaborate closely with marketing and account executives, and consistently meet quota while developing professionally within a fast-paced, growth-minded environment.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of sales development or customer-facing experience with quota attainment
  • 1+ years using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Availability to work Pacific Standard Time and be West Coast–based
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven prospecting, objection handling, and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads from marketing channels and direct outreach to build a qualified sales pipeline
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (phone, email, social) and tailor value propositions for technical and executive audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing and Account Executives to nurture prospects and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Consistently meet or exceed quotas for Booked Meetings and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
  • Track and report key sales development metrics (conversion rates, meeting attendance, engagement trends)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and leverage sales tools to optimize outreach
  • Analyze lead generation trends and iterate on outreach strategies based on feedback and performance

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in sales, business, or communications preferred
