Senior Lead - B2B Marketing, General Sporting Goods

On is a performance-oriented global brand building premium footwear and apparel experiences. The Senior Lead - B2B Marketing, General Sporting Goods will own the end-to-end commercial marketing strategy for the General Sporting Goods wholesale channel and key accounts, lead a small team, and partner closely with sales, trade, visual merchandising and events to deliver integrated, brand-forward campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own account-level and channel marketing strategies that translate brand priorities into measurable commercial plans for General Sporting Goods accounts
  • Plan and execute fully integrated campaigns across media, in-store, digital and experiential touchpoints to ensure consistent brand presence
  • Serve as primary marketing contact for senior stakeholders at GSG accounts and internal sales leadership, driving alignment and influence
  • Manage, mentor and grow a small high-performing marketing team, setting priorities and driving accountability
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with trade, visual merchandising, events and technical teams to deliver seamless market activations
  • Use consumer and market insights to inform campaign development and iterate on creative and channel mix
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and leverage data to optimize campaigns and report commercial impact
  • Travel up to 30% to support global hubs and key accounts as required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
