We’re seeking a dynamic E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives designed to grow our client’s customer base and enhance brand presence across Shopify, Amazon, and other digital marketplaces. This role requires expertise in managing and optimizing e-commerce marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and SEO.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Their products are formulated to provide essential nutrients and electrolytes, making hydration simple and effective for active lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversions across Shopify and Amazon platforms.
Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, influencer, and affiliate programs to boost customer engagement.
Marketplace Management: Oversee Amazon marketplace listings, optimize keywords, manage enhanced brand content (A+ content), and pricing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze metrics from websites and marketplaces, delivering actionable insights to improve performance and conversions.
Email Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns focused on customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and promotional activities.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and nurture influencer and affiliate relationships to expand brand reach and engagement.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally within health and wellness, supplements, or related DTC industries.
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon marketplaces, particularly Amazon Seller Central.
Digital Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, MailChimp), and social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Influencer & Affiliate Experience: Proven track record managing successful influencer and affiliate partnerships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
Previous experience with fast-growing, digitally native consumer brands.
