Marketing Specialist - Google Ads & Facebook Ads

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own client relationships, manage campaigns, optimize strategy, and deliver measurable results. Since this portfolio is relatively small, delivering white-glove service is exceptionally important

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (portfolio or case studies required).
  • Excellent communication skills; confident leading client and prospect Zoom calls.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and lead generation.
  • Must be located within driving distance of Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for escape room clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
  • Handle incoming, pre-vetted sales calls and assess whether prospects are a good fit for our portfolio (Zoom only, no cold calling).
  • Oversee onboarding for new clients, including account setup, tracking, and campaign launches.
  • Provide clear weekly reporting with insights and optimization plans.
  • Contribute to marketing content by creating a “Win of the Week” YouTube Short every three weeks (rotation with other team members). You can see our current efforts on our service page: https://birchriverdg.com/services/escape-room-marketing
  • Stay current with ad platform changes, trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Support our small team on additional projects outside of core ad management as needed.
