At Miter, we’re on a mission to reverse declining construction productivity and make it easier and faster to build critical infrastructure. Our customers are the construction and field service contractors, and our job is to help them build with confidence.
Leading contractors like Marathon Electrical and Central Valley Environmental use Miter to connect their HR, finance, and operations teams in one platform.
Miter’s software platform connects HR, finance, and operations teams in one platform. In doing so, we help our customers stay compliant, build stronger teams, control job costs, and accelerate jobsite execution.
Founded in 2021, Miter has raised $38M from top investors and is growing rapidly, already serving nearly 1,000 contractors across the US.
As a Benefits Launch Manager at Miter, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations of our Benefits Administration product, one of our fast-growing product offerings that now serves 150+ clients with a 60% attach rate. You’ll work directly with employers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure each client is onboarded smoothly and accurately, from kickoff through first payroll deduction.
While you’ll be part of our larger Launch team, you’ll be a founding member of the Benefits function. You’ll help define the systems, playbooks, and tools that make our onboarding process repeatable and scalable as we continue to grow. This is a high-impact role that combines client-facing work with process-building and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday — in either our San Francisco or New York office.
We’ve found that some of our best ideas (and best laughs) happen when we’re together in person, so we prioritize time in the office for team connection, collaboration, and momentum. You’re always welcome to come in more often if that’s your style — the office is here for you. The rest of the week is flexible— work from wherever you do your best work
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in delivering great client experiences and building things the right way. Miter’s Launch team is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and energized by solving complex problems together; you’ll be a critical part of that.
As one of the first Launch Managers focused specifically on Benefits, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape a critical part of our product as it scales. You’ll work closely with teammates who care deeply about doing excellent work and supporting each other along the way.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants ownership, and finds energy in creating structure out of ambiguity. Most of all, you’ll get to work on a team that genuinely enjoys working together and is committed to making a tangible impact for our customers and their teams.
