Engagement Director (Sales Executive)

Mindgrub Technologies is an award-winning digital agency focused on AI and digital innovation for enterprise clients, with strong work in the energy and utilities sectors. The Engagement Director (Sales Executive) will drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new retained clients for Mindgrub’s marketing, creative, and digital solutions (mobile/web apps, AI, AR/VR, websites, SEO/SEM, and campaign strategy).

Skills

  • Proven enterprise B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency (tracking pipeline, forecasting, account history)
  • Strong presentation, proposal writing, and closing abilities
  • Knowledge of digital products and services (web, mobile, AI, AR/VR, marketing)
  • Analytical skills for pricing, profitability, and opportunity assessment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow revenue and profitability from existing client relationships for marketing, creative, and digital services
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new retained clients to diversify revenue streams
  • Use CRM to log leads, prospects, and client interactions and support internal marketing activities
  • Lead sales pitches and proposal development; coordinate cross-functional teams to craft winning solutions
  • Educate clients on the full breadth of Mindgrub’s offerings (creative, digital marketing, branding, SEO/SEM, content, web/mobile, AI/AR/VR)
  • Support sales-to-delivery handoffs and collaborate with production teams to ensure project and client health
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing to meet client requirements while achieving firm profitability targets

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Business or sales certifications are a plus
