Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with regional leaders to align people strategies with business goals and enhance organizational performance
- Coach and guide field HR Managers nationwide to maintain consistency and share best practices while allowing regional flexibility
- Manage complex employee relations, investigations, performance issues, and policy guidance
- Support labor relations and union agreements in collaboration with legal and leadership teams
- Design and implement scalable HR processes to standardize and streamline field operations
- Identify and improve workflows, communication, and service delivery gaps
- Develop tools, resources, and coaching to strengthen frontline manager leadership capabilities
- Ensure consistent HR policy application and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives
- Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
- Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and care among operational teams
- Drive diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts for field employees
- Incorporate AI and technology to enhance HR service delivery and strategic impact
