About the Role

We are seeking a Creator Operations Manager to lead and optimize the tiered ecosystem of our platform’s creators. You will be responsible for tailoring operational strategies across different creator segments—providing the most suitable tools, resources, and incentives—to ensure a healthy, diverse, and professional content supply.

What you'll do:

1. Creator Tiering System Management

• Standards & Rule Setting: Design and iterate on creator classification standards, promotion/demotion rules, and corresponding benefit systems.

• Customized Operations: Develop and execute tailored operational strategies, campaigns, and support programs for different creator segments based on their unique needs.

• Data-Driven Management: Continuously monitor contribution data, activity levels, retention, and value output across tiers; leverage data analytics to drive efficiency within the tiering framework.

2. Content Collaboration & Value Realization

• Strategic Project Collaboration: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to involve high-value creators in strategic content projects, enhancing the depth and professionalism of platform assets.

• Monetization Support: Assist creators across all levels in realizing the commercial value of their content through platform mechanisms such as marketplace trading, licensing, and sponsorships.

• Resource Matching & Empowerment: Ensure creators receive tier-appropriate resources, including beta-testing access, operational assistance, or traffic boosts to support their continuous growth.

3. Creator Relations & Community Vitality

• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships with key creator groups; serve as the primary platform interface to collect feedback and resolve operational issues.

• Community Engagement: Plan and organize online/offline events, meetups, or creative challenges to enhance community belonging and stickiness.

•  Compliance & Governance: Ensure creator content and conduct align with community guidelines and business ethics.

What We're looking for:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in community operations, creator management, or user relations; proven track record in designing and operating complex user tiering systems.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UGC platform tiering management, incentive design, and monetization mechanisms.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to formulate and adjust operational strategies based on data reports and analysis.

•  Experience in successfully managing tiering systems for professional or high-value user segments.
