About the Role

We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist who is passionate about 3D creation and community ecosystems. This role will be responsible for 3D model publishing, collection curation, and community activity management, driving the content quality and user engagement within the Meshy community. You will be deeply involved in community content building, user interaction, and event operations, serving as a key link between creators, product, and the community ecosystem.

What you'll do:

• Community Content Editing & Maintenance: Publish, edit, and organize 3D model works and official collections within the community, optimizing tags, categories, and exposure logic.

• Community Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute themed events, creative challenges, and model solicitations, coordinating with teams for successful implementation.

• Data Tracking & Content Optimization: Analyze content and activity data, provide strategic optimization suggestions, and assist in improving the overall community experience.

• UGC Quality & Community Moderation: Ensure content compliance, manage community guidelines, and maintain the quality and health of user-generated content (UGC).

What We're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1+ years of experience in community operations or content operations.

• Familiarity with mainstream 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, C4D, Maya, 3ds Max) and possess some personal creation experience.

• Proficiency in content organization, work screening, collection editing, and basic copywriting skills; strong logical thinking and good aesthetic sense.

• Basic understanding of UGC communities, content editing, AIGC (AI-Generated Content), gaming, and 3D printing platforms, with a willingness to explore deeply.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication, collaboration skills, and community empathy.

• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking, with some understanding of Western (European and American) culture.

• Please include relevant portfolio (e.g., 3D works, content editing samples, or operation projects) with your application.

Nice to Have:

• Keen insight into AI technology developments, with the ability to quickly master new technologies and create high-quality content.

• Experience or skills in creative visual design, UI/UX design.
