We are seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for a growing medical practice focused on surgical procedures. This role is designed to help keep operations organized, paperwork managed, and internal processes running smoothly. The assistant will work directly with the owner and support vendor coordination, documentation, and general office tasks. This is a non-patient-facing role that requires strong organization and follow-through.

• Organize and manage digital paperwork, documents, and internal files to maintain operational efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors via email and phone to support administrative functions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly filed and updated
• Support internal workflows and help keep projects on track through effective task management
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking to ensure seamless operations
• Candidate must have minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in administrative, office assistant, or virtual assistant roles.
• Candidate must demonstrate proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office productivity tools.
• Candidate must communicate fluently in written and spoken English with minimal accent interference.
• Candidate must possess strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple digital documents and routine administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Candidate must be able to work full-time during standard Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday.
• Candidate must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated professional home workspace.
• Candidate must maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive administrative information.
• Candidate must have completed high school or equivalent educational certification.
• Candidate must be comfortable initiating and managing vendor communications via email and telephone.
