The Regional Vice President of Sales at MagicSchool will be responsible for leading the sales strategy in the Central/South region, fostering a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strategic client relationships to drive growth in the EdTech sector.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, lead and mentor the sales team, cultivate client partnerships, enable cross-functional alignment, and oversee sales forecasting and reporting.
Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, financial acumen, customer-centric approach, and proficiency in key sales metrics and forecasting.
Qualifications: 8+ years in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role in K-12 EdTech, a history of surpassing sales goals, and a strong strategic planning and execution ability.
Location: Remote work flexibility with a preference for candidates located in the Central Time Zone, preferably Texas.
Compensation: $130000 - $180000 / Annually
