TL;DR: We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer who can build our technical pipeline from the ground up — someone who loves the craft, thrives in ambiguity, and can identify and engage exceptional EPD talent before anyone else does. You’ll partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and our small-but-senior EPD team to shape our top-of-funnel strategy and set the bar for what “great talent” looks like at Listen Labs.
This is a true 0 → 1 opportunity: you’ll design how sourcing works here, create the systems that scale, map global talent markets, and become the first touchpoint for candidates who will ultimately influence Listen’s trajectory.

What You’ll Do
Find and engage exceptional talent across engineering, product, and design.
Run targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, academic work, open-source contributions, and conference signals.
Partner with founders and hiring managers to nail role clarity and define what “great” looks like.
Map communities and track emerging talent from top labs, universities, and industry groups.
Qualify candidates through sharp, high-signal conversations on skills, trajectory, and fit.
Build relationships with standout talent long before they’re on the market.
Use creative sourcing tactics, referrals, and competitive insights to build high-quality pipelines.
Move fast and adapt as priorities shift across a high-velocity org.
Track what’s working, what’s not, and iterate quickly based on data.
Source effectively across new and global markets, tailoring outreach to each talent landscape.
Who You Are
4+ years of technical sourcing experience with a track record of finding standout engineering, product, and design talent.
Strong technical fluency — able to navigate engineering conversations and parse nuanced skill sets and research work.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
Creative, resourceful, and experimental — you try new tactics, iterate quickly, and let data guide you.
