We are seeking a passionate recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment and enhancing the candidate experience in a thriving educational toy company.
Responsibilities: The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, develop sourcing strategies, represent the organization at hiring events, oversee interview processes, and support talent acquisition projects.
Skills: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5-7 years of recruitment experience, proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office, and familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have experience with ADP or other recruitment software and exposure to Performance-Based Hiring principles.
Location: The position is based in Vernon Hills, IL.
Compensation: $85000 - $90000 / Annually

Compensation Range: $85,000 – $90,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
