The State Solutions Account Executive will serve as a strategic sales leader, managing relationships with state departments of education and driving the adoption of Lexia's literacy solutions. This role requires a dynamic communicator with experience in education policy and sales.
Responsibilities: Cultivating relationships with state education officials, managing the sales cycle for state-level opportunities, and collaborating across teams to align strategies and deliverables.
Skills: Strong understanding of state education policy, sales experience, excellent organization, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, also proficiency in Salesforce and virtual collaboration tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in education agencies, sales, or related fields.
Location: Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone; Preferred candidates in specific states such as AR, IL, IA, LA, MN, MS, OH, or PA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator, strategic thinker, and experienced relationship-builder who can navigate complex educational ecosystems to influence policy, secure contracts, and support state-wide adoption of Lexia’s Science of Reading solutions in Eastern US.
