Vice President, Sales Operations

LastPass is a market-leading password and identity management provider trusted by businesses and millions of users worldwide. The company is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations to build and run the operational backbone of its global revenue engine, owning forecasting, quota design, compensation, enablement, and performance management across distributed and offshore teams.

Skills

  • Proven experience building and running sales operations in high-velocity, high-transaction SaaS or tech environments
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, quota planning, incentive design, and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytics and reporting capabilities to drive data-informed decisions
  • Change management and program implementation experience across distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking for the global sales organization
  • Design and administer competitive, performance-driven sales compensation and incentive programs in partnership with Finance and HR
  • Streamline sales processes, launch scalable programs, and implement change management initiatives for operational excellence
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to build field competencies and consistent execution
  • Recommend sales coverage models and deployment of sales personnel to maximize efficiency across global and offshore teams
  • Prioritize and implement enabling technologies that support scale, transparency, and productivity
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting and analytics to support executive decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, Product, and Technology to align operational strategy with business objectives

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
