Kognitos automates business operations using a hallucination-free neurosymbolic AI platform. Our solutions transform tribal and system knowledge into AI-refined automations using English as code, driving productivity and better decision-making.
Our team includes top talent from Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and leading tech startups — united by a passion for redefining how the world works through AI automation.
As a Partner Account Manager at Kognitos, you’ll be the key liaison between our strategic partners and internal teams. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to build, nurture, and expand relationships with major systems integrators and ecosystem collaborators.
Your goal: drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, and co-innovation — scaling Kognitos’ footprint across enterprise accounts through partner channels.
Manage strategic SI partner accounts with full ownership of partner-sourced bookings, pipeline, and services revenue.
Develop and execute joint account plans (JAPs) outlining target verticals, revenue goals, pipeline expectations, and co-sell motions.
Enable partners to sell, implement, and support Kognitos solutions by leading onboarding, training, and certification programs.
Drive and coordinate co-sell opportunities — from qualification through close — aligning internal and partner resources.
Facilitate partner-led proofs-of-concept, pilots, and case studies to accelerate adoption.
Track and analyze partner performance (pipeline, bookings, attach rates, renewals) and implement improvement strategies.
Collaborate with marketing on partner-specific campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives to generate demand.
Travel as needed for partner meetings, co-sell engagements, and industry events within the U.S.
5+ years of experience in partner or channel account management, ideally within enterprise SaaS, cloud, automation, or AI-driven software.
Proven track record working with SIs, GSIs, or consulting partners to drive partner-sourced revenue.
Success in building and executing joint business plans, developing partner pipelines, and closing channel deals.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and define actionable revenue plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging at senior levels.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Willingness to travel domestically as required.
You do not need to match all of the listed expectations to apply for this position. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills.
