Client Manager

Honor Technology is transforming aging care by combining technology, services, and a large network of Care Professionals to enable older adults to age in place. We are seeking a Client Manager to own a panel of clients, guide families through onboarding and ongoing care, manage escalations, and collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams to deliver consistent, compassionate, high-quality care.

Skills

  • 3+ years in client, patient management, or high-volume customer service; staffing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and escalation management
  • Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or workforce management systems
  • Empathy and a client-first mindset with commitment to quality care

Responsibilities

  • Own a panel of clients and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the care journey.
  • Guide families through onboarding, conduct start-of-care consults and welcome calls.
  • Maintain regular client contact to manage scheduling, adapt care plans, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Care Pros and partner agencies to ensure quality matches and consistent staffing.
  • Triage and manage escalations, complex care situations, and ticket resolution with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with frontline support, staffing, HR/admin, product, and operations to improve processes.
  • Track KPIs and use data and client feedback to identify and drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Balance automation and personalized touches to drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality care.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
