Account Development Executive (Miami, FL)

Justworks is a supportive and entrepreneurial HR platform company looking for a consultative Account Development Executive passionate about upselling and cross-selling to drive customer success and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage full sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills simplifying complex topics
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Customer-focused with passion for exceptional sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for post-sale upsell and cross-sell opportunities driving Net Revenue Retention
  • Act as primary contact for product-specific upsell motions working with Customer Success and Support teams
  • Partner with product specialists to deliver consultative sales experiences
  • Ensure seamless handoff to onboarding and support teams managing customer expectations
  • Use Salesforce, Notion, and internal tools for pipeline management and documentation
  • Collaborate to refine SOPs and build scalable post-sale revenue processes
  • Help reduce customer churn through professional and responsive sales experience
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas tied to upsell and cross-sell targets
  • Serve as internal ambassador for the ADE model and trusted sales resource
  • Perform other department or organizational duties as needed

Education

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Executive or sales role with upsell responsibilities
  • At least 1 year experience managing complete consultative sales cycle
