VP Partner and Channel Sales (Remote - US)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Partner and Channel Sales to lead and expand our partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth and accelerating adoption of innovative energy solutions. This role combines hands-on leadership with high-level strategy, requiring expertise in building, mentoring, and scaling partner sales teams. You will design and execute channel strategies, develop key partnerships, and collaborate across functions to ensure an exceptional partner experience. Accountabilities

  • Design and Execute Channel Strategy – Develop and implement a comprehensive partner and channel sales strategy to expand market reach across REITs, private equity-backed enterprises, strategic alliances, and service delivery partners.
  • Manage and Grow Partnerships – Actively nurture existing partner relationships to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue bookings.
  • Recruit and Onboard Partners – Identify, recruit, and integrate high-value partners to strengthen market presence.
  • Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partner sales team while maintaining a hands-on role with existing partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
  • Performance Optimization – Monitor, analyze, and refine partner sales processes to maximize efficiency, revenue, and long-term success.
  • Proven experience developing and executing channel or partner sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
  • Track record of managing complex, high-value partnerships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team-building experience in scaling sales organizations.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience in energy, sustainability, technology services, or energy efficiency solutions is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, able to balance operational management with high-level business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-driven environment.
  • Competitive salary ($140,000 - $190,000) and performance-based incentives.
