Are you a driven B2B sales expert ready to shape a thriving territory and bring innovative financial solutions to a high-potential market? This role puts you at the forefront of building strategic relationships with commercial subcontractors, driving adoption of cutting-edge financial products, and expanding brand presence in Atlanta. You’ll lead customer acquisition, re-engagement, and partnership development initiatives, while collaborating with internal teams to maximize growth. Accountabilities:

  • Sell financial products focused on material financing and pay application advances to commercial subcontractors.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying new prospects and reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers including suppliers, general contractors, and bankers to generate referrals.
  • Engage all levels of a subcontractor’s organization to embed financial solutions into their operational workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Underwriting to ensure territory growth and responsible risk management.
  • Actively manage a robust sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
  • 7–10 years of experience in full-cycle, outside B2B sales.
  • Proven success in building and scaling territories and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to commercial subcontractors is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and other modern sales tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
