This role drives revenue growth by leading high-value, enterprise-level sales initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will own your pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and close complex SaaS deals that transform client marketing and customer experience strategies. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and consultative selling skills to influence executive stakeholders and deliver measurable business impact. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, mentor sales teams, and contribute to the company’s expansion into new markets while maintaining a strong client-focused approach.

Accountabilities

  • Source, qualify, and pursue enterprise opportunities within targeted verticals such as retail, digital publishing, gaming, travel, and hospitality.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles, consistently closing seven-figure SaaS deals by aligning solutions with client business objectives.
  • Engage and influence senior leaders, including CMOs, CTOs, VPs of Digital/Ecommerce, and Product/Customer Experience Executives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities across marketing, IT, and leadership functions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to accelerate deal cycles and ensure smooth client transitions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with champions in complex, multi-layered buyer environments to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through disciplined, strategic sales execution.
  • 8+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of self-sourcing and closing enterprise deals exceeding $1M.
  • Experience in ESP, Personalization, CDP, or adjacent MarTech industries preferred.
  • Strong network within B2C organizations, engaging executives in digital, eCommerce, marketing, and customer experience roles.
  • Strategic, consultative sales mindset with excellent problem-solving and value-driven selling capabilities.
  • Technical aptitude to navigate conversations with both marketing and IT stakeholders.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Team-first leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning in evolving technologies and market trends.
  • Location flexibility: Chicago-Metro, New York-Metro, Boston-Metro, or Ohio.
  • Competitive base salary: $160,000 - $185,000 annually, adjusted for experience and location.
