In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with strategic accounts to guide them through discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements using a best-in-class analytics platform. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams while acting as a trusted technical advisor for some of the most innovative digital brands. If you thrive on building strong relationships, tailoring complex solutions, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — this role is for you.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for high-value prospects and customers across the West Region, helping them understand and adopt the platform’s analytics, experimentation, and audience targeting solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery conversations, identify pain points, and design custom solutions tied to clear business outcomes.
  • Build and present compelling demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept that articulate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate daily with account executives, customer success managers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a seamless sales and onboarding experience.
  • Guide customers through trial and onboarding periods, ensuring meaningful engagement with the platform and long-term success.
  • Capture and communicate product feedback and feature requests from the field to influence the product roadmap.
  • Act as an internal mentor and product expert, contributing to onboarding, training, and continuous improvement within the broader Solutions Engineering team.
  • Travel occasionally (as needed) to client locations for demos, workshops, or strategic presentations.
  • 7+ years of experience in software pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
  • Strong domain expertise in areas such as digital analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on proficiency with data tools like SQL and BI platforms; technical curiosity and comfort explaining complex solutions to a wide range of audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting in front of C-level, technical, and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trust with strategic customers and influence decision-making through consultative selling.
  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments and managing multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.
  • Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone (PST or MST) to best support strategic accounts in the West Region.
  • Competitive total compensation:
    • Colorado: $195,000 – $293,000 total target cash
    • California (non-Bay Area) & Washington: $195,000 – $293,000
    • California (Bay Area): $217,000 – $326,000
  • Eligible for equity grants and performance-based incentives.
