As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategic vision and execution of a client-facing software platform, shaping experiences that delight users and scale internal operations. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful product features while balancing long-term innovation with near-term priorities. This role offers significant influence over both client-facing and internal operational tools, ensuring alignment with business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will define KPIs, guide roadmap priorities, and incorporate user and market insights into actionable initiatives. • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the client-facing software platform.
• Translate company goals into actionable product initiatives that drive client value, growth, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee roadmap execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, sales, and account management.
• Lead data-driven decision making, including KPI definition, user research, usability testing, and analytics.
• Champion UX excellence, product quality, and seamless integration of third-party software systems.
• Balance the needs of external clients and internal teams to optimize both revenue growth and operational scalability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous feature enhancements.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning client-facing feature roadmaps.
• Proven experience scaling client-facing platforms in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions.
• Expertise in user research, market analysis, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience integrating CRM, CSM, project management, and ticketing systems into proprietary software platforms.
• Familiarity with hybrid business models combining software and physical fulfillment operations is a plus.
